Accessibility Statement

We aim to make Malmaison Edinburgh usable by a broad range of readers and assistive technologies.

Measures in this build

The site uses semantic landmarks, a skip link, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus behaviour, labelled form controls, responsive layouts, meaningful image alternatives, logical headings and a reduced-motion mode that respects the user’s system preference.

Known limitations

Remote editorial images may be replaced during production, and replacement assets must preserve meaningful alt text. The contact form also requires a production backend; its eventual error messages and consent flow should be tested with keyboard and screen-reader users.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, use the contact page and choose Accessibility as the subject. Once a production contact endpoint is connected, the operator should publish a response target and escalation process.
